Description:
This workshop is designed specifically for Integrators and Second-in-Commands (2iCs). We will be taking a deep dive into a tool we developed back in 2020 called The Integrator Continuum. Through self-assessment exercises and interactive discussions, participants will highlight their strengths, identify areas for development, and establish a roadmap for achieving their career goals.
