Role Summary

Supports HERverse member experience by driving engagement, fostering connection, and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive community environment through proactive communication, events, and feedback loops.  This role blends data-driven engagement tracking with hands-on relationship building to ensure every member feels welcomed, heard, and valued.

Role Summary

Responsible for leading HERverse community engagement efforts across digital and in-person platforms, promoting connection, tracking sentiment, and delivering a high-touch, high-value experience to every member.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Engagement Tracking & Reporting: Responsible for monitoring weekly, monthly, quarterly engagement across all platforms,and delivering clear reports that help the team understand member involvement, identify trends, and take action to improve the overall member experience.

  • Manage all Hive & Private Group Channels: Responsible for managing all HIVE community spaces,including the general channel and private member groups by posting engagement prompts, moderating discussions, approving new member access, ensuring conversations stay active, tagging appropriate members to engage and fostering a welcoming and inclusive community environment. 

  • Member Feedback : Collect and compile member feedback through check-ins, surveys, and testimonial outreach, documenting insights, and identifying patterns. 

  • Plan & Execute Member Meetups - virtual and in-person: Manage logistics and communications for Cocktails & Connections, Quarterly Onboarding, First-Time Attendee Events, & Member Meetups. 

  • Communications & Recognitions: Responsible for welcome touchpoints: emails, mailings, cards, and recognition moments to ensure every member receives timely, personalized communication.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to champion the voice of the member.


Qualifications / Skills

  • Experience in client service, program delivery, or community management.

  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to engage and energize members.

  • Organizational and event planning experience.

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

  •  Data-informed with strong reporting and organizational capabilities.
